Carousel Maintenance and Touchup

Steps in Touching Up or Maintaining a Carrousel Figure

  • Gather your equipment

The most essential piece of equipment is a paint cart with rollers that will get between the rings of rows of the carrousel.

Cost - 50 cents at a garage sale
    Usefulness - Priceless.

This photo shows the cart in the beginning of the touchup process. It soon will have everything from rags on the handles to sandpaper, log book, and all the needed paint and brushes. All of your supplies can be loaded and wheeled around the platform so they will be near when need them.
